About these terms

These terms apply to visits, bookings and parties at Hello Kids, Jaffna. By booking or entering the centre you agree to them. (This is a template — please have it reviewed by a legal professional before launch.)

Bookings & payments

You can book online or walk in, subject to availability and our capacity limits. To secure a slot or a party, a deposit may be required, paid securely through PayHere; this deposit is credited towards your final bill. Play is charged by the hour per child as shown on our pricing page.

Cancellation and rescheduling terms will be confirmed at the time of booking. (Cancellation policy — to be confirmed.)

Supervision & safety

Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Grip socks are required in the play zones. For everyone’s safety, our team may ask anyone not following the house rules to stop or leave. Please do not visit if your child is unwell.

Play involves risk

Active play carries normal risks. Our equipment is padded and supervised, but by entering you accept that play happens at your own risk and that you are responsible for the children in your care. A waiver may be required before your first visit.

Changes

We may update our hours, pricing, activities and these terms from time to time. The latest version is always the one on this website.
