Who we are

Hello Kids is an indoor children’s play centre in Jaffna, Sri Lanka. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and how we look after it. (This is a template — please have it reviewed by a legal professional before launch.)

What we collect

When you book, visit or contact us, we may collect: your name and contact details (phone, email); your child’s first name and age, where needed for bookings, waivers and safe play; and payment details, which are handled securely by our payment provider (PayHere) — we do not store your card numbers.

When you use our website we may also collect basic, anonymous usage data through analytics and cookies, to understand how the site is used and improve it.

How we use your information

We use your information to manage your bookings and parties, to keep children safe during their visit, to communicate with you about your booking, and to improve our centre and website. We do not sell your personal information.

Children’s information

We only collect the minimum information about children needed for a safe and enjoyable visit, and it is always provided by a parent or guardian. We treat it with extra care.

Sharing

We share information only where necessary — for example with our payment provider (PayHere) to process a deposit, or where required by law. We do not share your details for marketing by third parties.

Your choices
