At Hello Kids, fun and safety go hand in hand. Every part of the centre — from the padded play frame to the way we welcome you in and out — is designed so your child can explore freely while you relax, knowing they’re in good hands. Here’s exactly how we keep little adventurers safe.
Always supervised
Our trained play team watches over every zone, and a responsible adult stays with each child throughout the visit.
Age-appropriate zones
Under-3s have their own gentle Toddler Area, separate from the bigger soft-play frame, so little ones play safely at their own pace.
Grip socks & hygiene
Grip socks are required for everyone in the play zones — they prevent slips and keep the equipment clean. Pairs are available at reception.
Cleaned regularly
Play equipment, the ball pit and high-touch surfaces are cleaned on a regular schedule so your child plays in a hygienic space.
Secure entry & exit
A single, supervised entry and exit point means children can’t wander off — everyone leaves with the adult they came with.
Allergies & first aid
Tell us about any allergies when you arrive or book a party. Our team is on hand for the bumps and scrapes that come with happy play.
Padded throughout
Soft, cushioned surfaces across the play frame mean tumbles end in giggles, not tears.
A healthy space
We kindly ask that unwell children visit another day, so every family stays healthy.
