Do I need to book in advance?＋
Walk-ins are always welcome, but booking online secures your slot — especially on weekends and during school holidays when we get busy. Booking also lets you skip the queue at reception.
What ages is Hello Kids for?＋
Hello Kids is built for children up to about 11 years old. We have a dedicated, gentle Toddler Area for under-3s and bigger soft-play and climbing zones for older children.
Are grip socks required?＋
Yes — grip socks must be worn by every child (and any adult entering the play frame) for hygiene and safety. If you forget yours, you can buy a pair at reception for Rs 300 and keep them.
Can parents stay and watch?＋
Of course — and parents play free. Our café has comfortable seating, free wifi and a clear view of the play areas, so you can relax nearby or join in the fun.
How much does it cost?＋
Play is charged by the hour per child, with cheaper off-peak weekday rates, free adult entry and a sibling discount. See our pricing page for the latest rates. (Final rates to be confirmed.)
How long can we stay?＋
As long as you like! You pay for the time you play, billed by the hour and rounded to the nearest 30 minutes.
Do you host birthday parties?＋
Yes — birthdays are our speciality. We offer three party packages with a private decorated room, food and a dedicated host. Enquire early for weekend dates.
Is there food and drink?＋
Our kids café serves juices, snacks and refreshments. Food and drink are enjoyed in the café and party areas, not in the play zones.
Is the centre clean and safe?＋
Absolutely. Play equipment is cushioned and cleaned regularly, entry and exit are supervised, and our trained team watches over every zone.
Where are you and when are you open?＋
We’re in Jaffna (see the Visit page for the map and directions). We’re open Mon–Thu 12:00–21:00, Friday 12:00–22:00, and Saturday–Sunday 09:00–22:00.
